The day’s attendance reads like a register: everyone on today’s rota, the time they clocked in, and a plain label beside each name, such as on time, late entry, or not clocked in. So at 9:10, when the morning shift looks a person short, you can see who it is and give them a ring rather than walking the floor to find out.
Open your clock-in link on a tablet, computer, or till by the door and leave it there. Staff clock in and out with their employee ID. Anyone more than 5 minutes late in or early out, or who never clocks at all, lands in your open exceptions to review: confirm the late start, record an absence, or set the clock times by hand if they simply forgot.
The reports look back over a week, a month, or dates you pick. The punctuality report counts each person’s late arrivals and the minutes lost, against a target you set. The missed clock-ins report lists every rostered shift that ended without being clocked, and the timesheet shows hours per person per day with anything that needs checking before payroll. Each one compares with the period before, and any of them downloads as a CSV file.
